New Hires
You have 30 calendar days from your hire date to enroll in your benefits. If you don’t, you’ll be automatically enrolled in default coverage, which does not include any dependent or spousal coverage.

Accessible anytime and from any device, ORNL 360 simplifies and consolidates your benefits, giving you the tools you need to better understand and manage them.
Managing Your Benefits
During your enrollment period or after a qualifying life event, you can:
- elect your personal Health Savings Account contributions via payroll deduction;
- enroll in or change your medical and dental coverage;
- add or remove dependents on your plans;
- enroll in the Hospital Indemnity Plan or the Health Care Flexible Spending Account;
- elect or cancel legal insurance, critical illness, or accident insurance; and
- elect a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, if eligible, and set your annual contribution amount.
