You can elect or cancel legal insurance during Open Enrollment.
ARAG legal insurance premiums are $18.72 per month, or $4.32 per week, paid on an after-tax basis. Coverage includes legal advice and assistance as well as identity theft protection. With ARAG legal insurance, your network attorney fees are 100% paid in full for a wide variety of covered legal matters.
Enhancements for 2024 include:
- Irrevocable and Revocable Trusts for Parents and Grandparents,
- Driving Privilege Protection and Restoration with DWI Coverage,
- Miscellaneous Services for Parents and Grandparents, and
- Contested Child Custody / Child Support Agreement.
