Exciting News for 2025!

Employees can choose from a basic or an enhanced dental plan through Delta Dental. The difference between the basic and the enhanced plans are:

	Basic Plan	Enhanced Plan
Deductible per Person	$50	No Deductible
Annual Maximum per Person	$1,500	$3,000
Orthodontia Lifetime Maximum per Covered Person	$1,500	$3,000
Orthodontia Age Limit	Dependents under age 26	No age limit, available to all covered persons

All employees currently enrolled in a dental plan will be enrolled in the Delta Dental Basic Plan. If you want to take advantage of the enhanced plan, you will need to make the election during Open Enrollment

Preventive services such as oral exams, cleanings, and x-rays are 100% covered under both dental plans.
