You can elect or cancel legal insurance during Open Enrollment.

ARAG legal insurance premiums are $18.72 per month, or $4.32 per week, paid on an after-tax basis. Coverage includes legal advice and assistance as well as identity theft protection. With ARAG legal insurance, your network attorney fees are 100% paid in full for a wide variety of covered legal matters.

Enhancements for 2026

Includes legal representation for property tax disputes, including challenging in court both primary and secondary residence property tax assessments. Additionally, employees will now have expanded access to legal representation for credit bureau disputes, and challenges to the three credit bureaus.
