You can elect or cancel legal insurance during Open Enrollment.

ARAG legal insurance premiums are $18.72 per month, or $4.24 per week, paid on an after-tax basis. Coverage includes legal advice and assistance as well as identity theft protection. With ARAG legal insurance, your network attorney fees are 100% paid in full for a wide variety of covered legal matters.

Enhancements for 2025

In addition to the valuable legal services offered through ARAG, you also have access to CariLoop and their services, such as:

• Access to Care Coaches for assistance with parent and grandparent issues, including housing, day care services, and travel planning
• Extensive online platform of information relating to senior issues
• Document review for wills, living trusts, real estate agreements, etc.
• 4 hours per plan year for parents or grandparents to meet with an attorney on a covered legal matter
• 25% reduction of fees for parents and grandparents with covered attorneys
